Conditions of participation
1. Organizer
The organizer of the giveaway is Viloni GmbH, Bahnhofstrasse 14, 5400 Baden, Switzerland. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok or Instagram. The sole responsible party is Viloni GmbH.
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to natural persons residing in Switzerland, Germany, or Austria who are at least 14 years old at the time of entry. Participants under the age of 16 require the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Viloni GmbH reserves the right to request written confirmation of parental or guardian consent in the event of a win. Employees of Viloni GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.
3. Participation
Participation is completed by posting a comment under one of the giveaway posts on TikTok or Instagram that contain hints about the name of the new Fortnite Map. In addition, participants must follow the official Viloni GmbH channel on the respective platform. Each person may only participate once per post.
4. Prize, Selection, and Notification
A one-off prize of 5,000 V-Bucks can be won throughout the entire competition. The prize will go to the first person to guess the correct name of the new Fortnite map and comment on it under one of the competition posts with clues. If several correct answers are received, the prize will be drawn at random from all those with the correct answer. If no correct answer is received, the prize will be drawn from all participants who have left a comment under the corresponding post. The winner will be notified by direct message via the respective platform (TikTok, Instagram or YouTube). If no response is received within 7 days, the claim to the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be chosen.
5. Prize
Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of the prize is excluded.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Viloni GmbH assumes no liability for technical disruptions, interruptions, or other problems that prevent participation in the giveaway.
7. Data Protection
In order to carry out the giveaway, the processing of personal data is required. Details are set out in the Privacy Notice for the Giveaway.
8. Premature Termination and Amendments
Viloni GmbH reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or amend the giveaway or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice if necessary for legal or technical reasons.
9. Legal Recourse
Legal recourse is excluded. Swiss law exclusively applies.

2. Purpose of Data Processing
We process participants’ personal data (e.g. Instagram/TikTok user name, comments, messages, name, email address, delivery address) exclusively for the purpose of running the competition. These include:
- Determining the winner,
- Notifying the winner,
- Delivering the prize.
Data will not be processed for any other purposes, in particular not for advertising, unless explicit consent is given.
3. Legal Basis
- Germany/Austria (GDPR): Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract: execution of the participation terms and conditions).
- Switzerland (revDSG): Processing based on the principles of good faith, proportionality, and exclusively for the purpose of the giveaway.
4. Data Sharing
The data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the processing of the competition (e.g. shipping service providers). It will not be passed on to other third parties or for advertising purposes.
5. Data Retention
The personal data will only be stored for as long as it is necessary for the implementation of the competition. They will then be deleted, provided there are no statutory retention obligations.
6. Rights of Participants
Participants have the following rights within the limits of applicable law:
- Germany/Austria (GDPR): Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), objection (Art. 21 GDPR).
- Switzerland (revDSG): Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and handover/transfer of data.
To exercise these rights, a simple written request to the address stated above is sufficient.
7. Right to Lodge a Complaint
- Germany/Austria: Right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
- Switzerland: Right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
